    Instead of judgment, we show compassion for others. This is intelligence to acquire others perspective & thought about any topics. At workspace, various culture and society of people working together as a team, here too one need to understand very well. 

    Similarly, while interacting with clients or customers, one must have a notion of what their perspective is on, particular domain modules. There are many things which need to aware for others to build strong relation & intelligence.

    In order to create positive outcomes like good relations, well-being, continuous improvement, self-regulation is the ability to understand & correct defects for thought, love, emotion, and energy. 

    Indeed, regulation starts when a child born and from then we continuously regulate ourselves. This should be done by each individual either for personal or professional development. This is not only required for particular fields or domains but is the ability to adapt by each individual.

    In order to meet the business goal & target, social intelligence is very important in all aspects. Without an understanding of market and market analysis, business success is a silly thought.
