7C's of Communication (Principles of communication):

Whatever sender wants to send the information, should be received by the receiver, as the sender intended to convey. For these kinds of effective communication, it must have 7 qualities and that is called the 7C's of effective communication.

    The 7C's of communication are as follows: 

    C1. Clarity: 

    It implies emphasizing the specific message or Goal at a time, rather than trying to achieve too much. 

    This can be the following features: 

    • Choose a precisely, concrete and familiar words apart from to make it jargon. 

    • Construct effective sentences and paragraphs that should be understood by the receiver.


    C2. Conciseness: 

    This means "Wordiness", that is communicating what you want to convey in the least possible words without forgoing the other's C's of communication. 
    Conciseness is very important to maintain effective communication. 

    Concise communication has the following features: 

    • Include only relevant materials, 

    • Avoid unnecessary reputation, 

    • Eliminate wordy expressions.


    C3. Correctness:

    This implies that there are not any grammatical errors in communication. 

    Correctness communication has the following features: 

    • If the communication is correct, it always boosts up the confidence level. 

    • Always message should be exact, well-timed and correct. 

    • The correct message has a greater impact on the readers as well as audiences. 

    • It also takes accurateness and precision of the facts and figures used in the message.


    C4. Consideration:

    It should also be appropriate and correct language consideration effective communication should always take the receiver into consideration such as- background, mindset, the audience's viewpoints, education level, etc. 
    You must ensure that self-respect of an audience is maintained and their emotion is not its harms.

    • Emphasis on positive and pleasant facts. 

    • Focus on "You" instead of "We" and "I".  

    • You must show the audience benefits interest in the receiver. 


    C5. Courtesy:

    This implies the message should show the sender's expressions as well as should respect the receiver. The sender of the message must be polite, sincere, proper, reflective, enthusiastic

    It included the following features: 

    • It is not at all biased. 

    • The courtesy message is always focused and positive from the audience's point of view.

    • It makes use of a term should showing respect for the receiver of a message. 

    • Also consideration both viewpoints as well as feeling of receiving messages. 


    C6. Completeness: 

    The communication should be complete. It should convey all the facts which are required by the receiver. The sender of the message should be as per receivers a mindset and convey the message accordingly. 

    This can include the following benefits of features: 

    • Answering all question which is asked by the receiver. 

    • Provide all the necessary information. Give some extra when desirable.


    C7. Concreteness:

    Last but not the least concreteness in the communication implies that there are no such grammatical errors in communication. 

    It has many features: 

    • Use specific facts and figures as well.

    • Try to put an action in verbs.
