S1. Learning Skill:

Yes!! This skill can help to shortlist your resume quickly. Also, is more important in all sectors of the job.
Not just learning skills but being a quick learner is also equally important. Therefore put these soft skills and if you lack one then develop them.

These will surely be a high weight in your resume.
The interviewer may ask, “Are you interested in learning new things?” or “Are you open to learning anything?”,  your answer should be related to the domain for which you are applying.
 
For example, if you are applying for sales related job and you put learning as a skill, then your answer should be - "I am interested in learning with the team, even when I meet with customers I learn a lot from them. Learning is just improving myself as what I was tomorrow".

These two skills are important for all types of jobs. Thus, you must put these soft skills in how you are flexible to work for the organization and how adaptive you are to work with the team. However, your job is independent but anyhow at the top level, there is the integration of all sub-tasks.

S3. Problem Solving Skill:

This is common for all candidates and most of the companies looking during the hiring process. Company looking for how effectively one problem can be solved by the candidate. In problem-solving skills, reasoning and verbal ability play an important role. Problem-solving skill simply identifies how you are analyzing the problem what is the approach to solve the problem and how easily you solve this problem with less complexity.

Since you have to work with the team for a long time unless you resign from this job. Therefore all companies looking for this skill in the candidate.
